How do you speak to yourself?  Are your words, nurturing, comforting, loving? Do you use shame, judgement, fear based talk? Do you use humor in a positive way?

For this week be aware of how you speak to yourself. 

If you are berating yourself-Using a gentle tone to guide yourself back to your true loving self.

Are you focused on mistakes you’ve made?  Focus on the present moment as it awaits your gentle presence. Some mistakes can be corrected, others we have to let go.  Al mistakes can be a stepping board to grow from.  The growth comes from a place of acceptance and love. 

Being gentle with ourselves allows us to grow.
