We remember wholeness easily because it is always within us~ Jon Kabat-Zinn
This feeling of wholeness is deeply rooted within us. Sure, we might have to remind ourselves that it already exists, but its recognizable. Life experiences can distract us from our inherent wholeness and our sense of belonging. If you have ever felt the illusion of separateness then you also know the feeling of wholeness. Its a nurturing, healing, gentle yet powerful feeling. Its the feeling that brings a smile to your face, adds a bounce to your step and renews hope.
Everyday practice of mindfulness whether 1 minute or an hour can keep those roots of wholeness nourished. It is the way back to what truly matters.
“Mindfulness is like that—it is the miracle which can call back in a flash our dispersed mind and restore it to wholeness so that we can live each minute of life.”
